WHAT MAKES A GOOD sandwich? Quality ingredients that our taste buds are sure to like.
Presented here are three savory MetalCraft trucks with automotive related advertising from the late 1930s. This series of MetalCraft trucks known as Art Deco style are highly sought after. The addition of popular advertising makes them significantly more desirable in what this author refers to as “dual collectivity”, meaning they are not only devoured by toy but automobilia/petroliana collectors alike. I will attempt to describe each truck in the following paragraphs.
I’ll start this Hoagie off with the B.F. Goodrich Silvertown tire tow truck. Tow trucks are not new to MetalCraft, however, this is the only version in the Deco body style. This particular truck is piled high with the best goods.
