EARLY FRENCH toys are such fun, let’s have another dozen or so again this month. As before, I don’t necessarily have all the pertinent details at hand, since these are, indeed, rare toys whose distribution, originally, were more or less limited to the boundaries of France itself.
The pictures here today have been gathered from all over Europe, as well as on our home ground. It took several years. And while I don’t always know the exact size or manufacturer, I’ve decided on that famous “educated guess,” so please bear with me if I prove to be flat wrong.
Well, maybe not flat.
