THE HORSE HAS NEVER really left our lives. We race them in front of eager crowds, our City Police ride them in heavy traffic, and visitors are drawn in carriages through our Parks, and your daughter still hopes you’ll relent and offer her a pony for her birthday.
And our horse-drawn toys still delight us, even though most of them are at least one hundred years old. We’ve collected a few for you here today, to illustrate what actual charm these toys still possess.
