Another Discrepancy

AN ARTICLE IN last month’s issue of Antique Toy World dealt with situations in which packaging information and or graphics are misleading. They were called discrepancies. That is, they do not correctly or sufficiently disclose the identity of the contents, at least to expectations that seem reasonable to a writer/collector. Then only a few days after completing the aforementioned article, a much worse offender from Tootsietoy showed up.
