FOR THE REOPENING of the Chicago World’s Fair (a.k.a. “A Century of Progress”) in 1934 National Products produced slush cast model cars for use by Chrysler, Graham, Hudson and Studebaker. The cars were intended to be souvenirs and or promotionals and were offered at the venues for those makes of automobiles and at the Firestone venue as well. At least those at the latter venue all wore Firestone tires. The cars that were sold as souvenirs cost a mere quarter.
