TOYMANIA RAN FOR their 71st time, it is still the biggest European antique toy show and for sure the oldest.
The winter Christmas time issue is always more busy than the May issue, but this time it was just as fantastic and crowded. You had to wait until early afternoon to move and walk around.
Of course Antique Toy World magazine was displayed on a table but not at a right place, just at the end of a lane far back, but I could talk to some European collectors who knew the magazine and were pleased to see a representative at the show.
Some American dealers and auctioneers came, such as Tom Sage who has never missed the show for more than a decade now. We also had Bertoia Auctions and RSL Co. Auctions, maybe some others but hard to see everyone in such a short time (10am to 5pm).
