This die cast white metal toy panel truck is obviously a 1951/2 Ford despite a few design departures probably made to facilitate the die casting process. The truck is 5.1 inches long and is painted an unattractive pea green. The tires are black rubber. The hubs and axles are cast as single pieces and are likely zinc as opposed to white metal for better strength. Cast into the underside is the familiar circular Marx logo.
On the roof are front and rear running lights – not standard on the actual Ford panel trucks. There are no windows in the pair of doors at the rear.
