At first glance this fire truck may seem rather ordinary even very common. Their white rubber tires make it a probable pre-WWII issue may be of added interest. But those who spotted the hose reel are more likely to recognize a probable scarcity especially if familiar with rubber toy vehicles.
The truck purportedly represents a Mack and is approximately 7.8 inches long. It is painted red and has silver trim on many of the molded-in design features. These include the front bumper and grill, headlights, windshield glass, siren, step plates, bell and more. Molded into the rear sides at the top are ground ladders that are painted black.
